Frequently asked questions

The things partners and operators most often want to know before working with us.

Who do you work with?

Knowledge-heavy firms of any kind: businesses where a wrong answer is expensive, decisions need proof, and too much depends on the one person who happens to know.

How is this different from Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI agencies?

Those tools answer from whatever they can see. We build the layer underneath first: your firm's knowledge, structured so an agent can reason over it. That means every answer shows its working, the sources it used and the paths it ruled out, so you can check it. And because we come from consulting, we get precise about the outcome you're after before we build anything. Most agencies only build, and most consultants only advise. We do both.

Do we need clean data before we start?

No. Messy, scattered data is the normal starting point. Structuring it is the first part of our work, not something you need to do before we arrive.

How long before we see results?

We work in milestones. Each one delivers something you can use and check, and we agree the next step together based on what we learned. You see progress early and often, not at the end of a long programme.

If the AI gets something wrong, who's accountable? Is privilege protected?

You stay accountable for the final decision exactly as you are today. The system's job is to show its working so you can check it before you rely on it. And because it runs inside your own infrastructure, privileged material never leaves your walls.

Where does our data live? Is it private?

It can run entirely inside your own infrastructure. Your data stays yours. Nothing has to leave your walls for the system to work.

Which AI models do you use? Are we tied to one company?

No. We pick the right model for the job and can swap it later as better ones arrive. Models can also run privately inside your own setup, so no outside AI company sees your data. Either way, the knowledge layer we build stays yours.

Who looks after the system once it's built?

Your choice. We can keep running and improving it for you, or hand it over to your team with training and documentation.

Are you here to replace our people?

No. The point is the same team doing better work: handing the repetitive digging to agents so your experts get their attention back for the decisions that actually need them.

How do we get started?

A short conversation to understand your data and where the friction is. From there we map the opportunities worth pursuing before anyone commits to a build.
